Manufacturing tolerances

Design resolution: 0.5 µm
Precision: +/- 10 µm

Fine-Pitch

e.g. BGAs and Fine Pitch QFPs down to 0.2 mm

Pad reduction

Changing pad size is possible both on all pads or on selected pads without any price increase.
Selected pads can be changed according to diameter or as a percentage number of pads.

Rounded corners

Radii are possible down to half the smallest pad width.

Glue masks

We produce glue masks directly from your layout file, for a small charge.
