Stencil in Stencil-POOL

If you choose to order a stencil from the Stencil-POOL, all relevant features of this product must apply.
This Stencil on a standard leadtime of 2 working days costs just Euro 57.45

Standard POOL laser stencil

  • your stencil is not greater than 270mm x 210mm
  • 100µm, 127µm, 150µm, 180µm & 200µm
  • your stencil has under 1000 pads
  • you can have a maximum of 4 fiducials
  • you have generated the layout data as Extended Gerber file as per our example

Stencil in Non-POOL

The Non-POOL Stencil service offers more options with regard to the size, material thickness, pad and fiducial no.. On top of this you can choose many other features like - pad modification, text and tension systems.

You don't need to prepare your file in any way, you can simply send in one of the accepted file formats.

Laser Stencil in NON-POOL when

  • your stencil is not greater than 712mm x 580mm
  • your stencil has a material thickness from 50µm, 75µm, 100µm, 120µm, 150µm, 180µm, 200µm, 250µm, 300µm or 500µm
  • your stencil can have any no. of pads
  • you need a no. of fiducials
  • you wish to modify pads
  • your layout data are from TARGET, EAGLE, PROTEL, ORCAD, UltiBOARD, PROTEUS, SPRINT, QUICKROUTE, EASY-PC, EDWin, PCAD or GC-Prevue

Beta QTS Rapid Tension System

The new Beta QTS rapid tension system is an extremely economical solution to accommodate stainless steel SMD stencils for use in stencil printers. The frame is for stencils with Beta-QTS plastic frames as edge protection, and assistance for standard templates with a mounting frame.
