Material

Manufacturing tolerances

Design resolution: 0.5 µm
Precision: +/- 10 µm

Fine-Pitch

e.g. BGAs and Fine Pitch QFPs down to 200 µm.

Pad reduction

Changing pad sizes is possible, on all pads or selected pads without any price increase.
Selected pads can be changed according to diameter or as a percentage to the number of pads.

Rounded corners

Radii are possible down to half the smallest pad width.


Glue masks

We produce glue masks directly from your layout file, for a small charge.
